The IIR UK and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. Payments and Security
We take the security of this site and your details very seriously. We use a secure server with payments processed by PayPal. All card transactions are completed by PayPal which in turn connects directly to the banking network to authorise payment. You can use your normal credit or debit card for the transaction, so you don't need to have a PayPal account of your own. The IIR UK does not have access to or store your card details used during payment.
Purchasing Course Placements or Event Tickets
When you purchase a place on a training course or for a ticketed event, the initial transaction is considered "final" and your place or ticket will be reserved. This means that upon completion of the transaction (regardless of whether this is a deposit, discounted fee or full payment) is payment is non-refundable. If for any reason the course is rescheduled or cancelled at no fault of your own, then we will offer an alternative or a refund. If you have any questions about this, please contact us before completing your payment.
Should you encounter any problems with any goods or services ordered from the IIR UK, then please get in touch with us first. Our staff will be able to answer any questions and advise the best course of action. Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after their order is delivered. Outside of this, we will honour product warranties and guarantees for faults and defects for up to 12 months after purchase.
If you return an item, it will be processed upon receipt and if replacement goods are required, then they will be dispatched immediately. Normally, goods will be exchanged for an exact replacement. If a refund has been agreed, this will be issued within one week.
