Bridging Courses
The IIR (UK) run Bridging Courses for qualified reflexologists wishing to learn the Original Ingham Method® in Reflexology qualification. The courses take into account any previous learning or assessment that meets the IIR (UK) standards. The courses, therefore, must be tailored to suit each person’s need but as a minimum require attendance at 4 two-day Units. For further information, please contact the relevant Course Director.
The Standard Text Books included in the cost of the course are:
- “Better Health with Foot Reflexology” by Dwight C Byers
- “Anatomy & Reflexology Helper Areas – Study Guide” by Dwight C Byers and Nancy Byers
- “Stories the Feet Can Tell Thru Reflexology/Stories the Feet Have Told Thru Reflexology” by Eunice D Ingham and Dwight C Byers
We acknowledge that our course fees are more expensive than some Reflexology Schools, however we are the only school in the UK to teach the Original Ingham Method® of Reflexology and our syllabus is one of the most comprehensive. The IIR® celebrate over 70 years of instruction and experience for you to draw upon.
We also have the highest theory pass mark of any school in the UK.
On balance, we feel that our courses represent excellent value for money. We believe that if you wish to pursue a successful career as a Reflexologist, you should seek a professional training establishment which offers support both during and after your training. Why not read our student testimonials?
As a graduate of the IIR (UK), you would be eligible to join as a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, use the letters IIR, MAR after your name and be listed on the NHS Register of Reflexologists, which is used by the Primary Care Trusts. You would also be recognised by some of the major health insurance providers.
