You Will Need
The following is a general list of items you’ll need to bring when attending International Institute Of Reflexology course
Clothing:
Clothing needs to be comfortable, tidy and suitable for the practical sessions. It is advisable to wear a number of thinner layers of clothes to cater for varying room temperatures and activities. Shoes should be comfortable and tidy. White top or shirt and dark trousers (no jeans). Jewellery: We suggest absolute minimum; discreet earrings and plain rings.
It will be useful to have:
- Pen
- Pencil
- Paper
- Highlighter pens – for additional personal notes,
- Two towels (for practical sessions)
- Warm socks/slippers (for practical sessions)
- Pillow
- Blanket or Fleece
- Wipes
Equipment:
To practise Reflexology you will need equipment to ensure both your own, and your clients comfort. You will be advised on the purchase of this on your enrolment to the course.
Meals:
Please note that luncheon is not provided; some venues have kitchen facilities and local facilities. Information on facilities will be provided for individual course locations on enrolment.

Refreshments are provided.
